We won’t ever know what the actual votes were, only what those who count the votes declare the outcome to be. That’s what a good cross section of 40% of Americans think, anyway: How far and for how long can trust in every major institution and process in the country fall before the country itself does? What is the hypothetical mechanism that arrests and then reverses the decline? Rhetorical, it se...

This has been a bad year for Congressional immigration patriots, largely due to President Kushner’s failure to back them. One possible mitigation: the race in Georgia’s sixth congressional district, which requires some backstory. Typically Republican, in 2017, its Congressman, Tom Price, left to serve as President Trump’s Secretary of Health and Human Services. In the Special Election to fill his s...

I’m not at liberty to reveal my sources, but I have obtained a draft of President Joe Biden’s inaugural address. (Trump, unfortunately, won’t be there to hear it. He will be holding a competing rally at RFK Stadium, also starting at 12 noon on Jan. 20.)

Anyway, standing here today on the steps of the capitol of Wilmington—I should say, standing here today on the steps of the Capitol in the state of Washington, as we do every year, we have this peaceful transfer of power—I should say, every four years.

Which is a Big F—ing Deal! I used to say that to Barack all the time.

I see him out there! He’s the articulate, bright and clean one.

As I was coming over here on this brisk June day, I started thinking, why is it that Joe Biden is the first in his family ever to go to a university? My ancestors, Welsh coal miners, would come up after 12 hours underground and play cricket for hours. Were they not smart? Were they not strong, mate?

And so, as I look out at this wonderful crowd—what’s that from the fella in the back? You say I’m not Welsh and my father was a Chevrolet dealer in Wilmington?

The lives of President Barack Obama and Vice-Presidential nominee Kamala Harris have striking similarities. Both came from relatively privileged backgrounds. Both fit the needs of the Democratic Party’s new coalition. Both are “black” but via foreign parents:  neither share the experience of African-Americans descended from slaves. And both support and symbolize “The Great Awokening,” the American Left’s dramatic recent shift from liberal to Cultural Marxist values, which apparently makes affluent whites feel good about themselves but is reaping a terrible toll on the very people (poor blacks in inner cities) that the movement claims to be defending.

On Monday, Steve Sailer joined me for a discussion of his 2016 book America’s Half-Blood Prince: Barack Obama’s ‘Story of Race and Inheritance', which is the latest selection in the VDARE Book Club. What struck me most throughout our discussion is the feeling that we have been through this before. After all, it was the urban riots and anti-police rhetoric of Obama’s second term that helped Donald Trump win the White House. As Steve said yesterday, after the 2016 Dallas Black Lives Matter shooting that took the lives of five police officers and is accordingly now memory-holed, he thought to himself: “So Donald Trump is going to be the next President of the United States.” Will President Trump be re-elected by a country fed up with riots and violence?

Of course, there are some differences this time around. Monday night’s looting and attacks on police in Philadelphia barely made the Main Stream Media. Digital deplatforming and anarcho-tyranny have made it far more difficult for any opposition to mobilize against the neo-Jacobins in the streets.

President Donald Trump was elected because his opponents underestimated both him and the power of his nationalist message. But rather than rethinking their campaign of hatred against the Historic American Nation, the lesson that MSM journalists and the Ruling Class as a whole took from 2016 was that repression needs to be intensified.

Perhaps they are right that this was the best tactic. Either way, Kamala Harris would certainly be willing to put the power of the state behind the oligarchs who are already doing their best to silence us.

Earlier, 2017: "It Will Come To Blood"—Reflections On The Left's Anti-Trump Inauguration Tantrum and It Has Come To Blood: Riots Are Getting More Dangerous Every Day

Ready or not, here they come. The ground troops of the anti-Donald Trump resistance aren't just biding their time until Election Day for Hidin' Joe Biden. Hell no. They're making their direct action checklists and checking them twice. They're training for instigating.

No matter the outcome at the ballot box, the left-wing mob is prepared to disrupt and destroy nationwide in the name of preserving "democracy."

Four weeks ago, I exposed the pot-bangers and lawn-crashers of the Sunrise Movement. That's the constantly morphing, full-time front group for the Sierra Club that nurtures rent-a-rioters to agitate for everything from the "Green New Deal," to Black Lives Matter and the "defund the police" movement, to the attacks at private homes of Senate Republicans—who just delivered the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett. Another key social justice player, ShutDown D.C., is teaming with Sunrise Movement guerilla warriors to mobilize students, community organizers and even federal employees to take to the streets on Nov. 3.

I wrote recently that, since we filed our libel suit against the New York Times in January, “the world has gone mad—and the New York Times even madder. Thisin my humble opinion, has made Brimelow vs. New York Times even more important.” (We expect a ruling in the next 3-4 months)

Pretty much the same can be said about what’s happened since we filed VDARE Foundation vs. City Of Colorado Springs, John Suthers, also in Federal Court. The case stems from RINO Mayor John Suthers’ 2017 proclamation that he would not extend city services a.k.a. police protection to VDARE.com’s proposed conference at the Cheyenne Mountain Lodge. Not surprisingly, Cheyenne Mountain Lodge cancelled shortly afterwards. But there is very extensive federal case law establishing the principle that local governments must protect the First Amendment rights of even unpopular groups, regardless of cost. (Jared Taylor’s American Renaissance recently prevailed in court against a similar attempt to suppress its annual conference in Tennessee).   So we sued. My last update was here. The great Michelle Malkin, herself a resident of Colorado Springs, summarized this First Amendment atrocity here.

In the interim, Colorado too has gone mad. In Denver this summer, police obeyed an order to stand down and allowed Antifa to attack Michelle Malkin’s pro-police rally (shades of Charlottesville 2017). Subsequently, and not coincidentally, yet another Trump supporter was actually murdered at a patriot demonstration in what Malkin accurately describes as a Media-Political Assassination.

Earlier, by Patrick J. Buchanan: Will 'Ukraine-Gate' Imperil Biden's Bid? and by Ann Coulter: The Transcript We Really Want To See

If Joe Biden loses on Nov. 3, public interest in whether his son Hunter exploited the family name to rake in millions of dollars from foreign donors will likely fade away.

It will not matter, and no one will care.

But if Joe Biden wins the presidency, a prediction: By the Ides of March 2021, there will be an independent counsel or special prosecutor named to investigate the Biden family fortunes and how they were amassed.

Why is such an investigation a near certainty in a Biden era?

First, there is a 50-year tradition in America of an antagonistic media and political enemies pulling down presidents they oppose.
