In Scalia's Court: A Legacy of Landmark Opinions and Dissents, author Kevin Ring writes When Justice Scalia joined the Supreme Court in 1986, the Court had held that legislative classifications designed to overcome past racial discrimination by favoring minorities were permissible and not subject to strict scrutiny under the Equal Protection Clause. The prevailing wisdom was that Congress and the ...

From the NYT Opinion section: Elizabeth Warren and the Folly of Genetic Ancestry Tests DNA can’t tell us about identity. I realize I am a horrible extremist, unlike the folks who pronounce so confidently in the New York Times, but it would seem to me that DNA can tell us some things about human identity, which is an interestingly complex subject. For example, Honolulu preppy Barack Obama may wel...

From The New Yorker: Elizabeth Warren Falls for Trump’s Trap—and Promotes Insidious Ideas About Race and DNA By Masha Gessen October 16, 2018 The Trumpian taunt is a trap. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has blamed the “far-right” Proud Boys —and, needless to say, President Trump—for the violence that followed Proud Boys founder (and VDARE.com contributor) Gavin McInnes’ recent Metropolitan Republican Club speech. Cuomo called for a federal investigation and assigned “hate crimes” detectives to the case. [Proud Boys Fight at G.O.P Club Spurs Calls for Inquiry; Cuomo Blames Trump, by Ashley Southall and Tyler Pager, New York Times, October 14, 2018] The pattern is now absolutely clear: as at Charlottesville, Leftist local governments will not defend patriots from Antifa attacks. This is what the much-missed Sam Francis called “Anarcho-Tyranny”—“we refuse to control real criminals (that's the anarchy) so we control the innocent (that's the tyranny).” In the streets and campuses of America, Cultural Marxist totalitarianism is upon us. Only Trump’s Department of Justice has the power to turn it back.

Rhetorically at least, the GOP has been calling the Left what it is. A new ad identifies the far-Left as a “mob,” combining to great effect declarations from Democrats like Maxine Waters, Eric Holder and Nancy Pelosi with clips of rabid protesters and violent Antifa.

The response from the Main Stream Media: hyperventilating outrage. Indeed, the curious Narrative is being developed that it is illegitimate to use the term “mob”. [The ‘Don’t Call It A Mob’ Supercut Video, by John Sexton, Hot Air, October 11, 2018]

Even Matt Lewis, a cuckservative who has built a career backstabbing the authentic American Right, was contemptuously told to “shut up” by Don Lemon and invited to “leave the show if you want” when Lewis gently suggested that chasing Ted Cruz out of a restaurant was “mob-like behavior”. [CNN’s Don Lemon Tells Daily Beast’s Matt Lewis To ‘Shut Up’ After Being Called Out For Liberal Bias, by Nick Givas, Daily Caller, October 10, 2018]

Yet the real give-away came when Don Lemon spelled out what he thought was the real definition of a mob: “The real mob is not Democrats but a mob of white supremacists who killed a woman in Charlottesville,” he intoned, referencing the Unite The Right protest in August 2017. “Killed. Killed”. [Don Lemon Educates Donald Trump On The Real Definition Of A Mob, by Lee Moran, Huffington Post, October 10, 2018]

Whenever Donald Trump talks about fake news, there are howls of indignation from the establishment media. We're told that the very mention of "fake news" is a direct attack on our democracy, that the alternative is "darkness," that it led to the dismemberment and murder of Jamal Khashoggi, and that, yes, every once in a while there might be a typo, but if you mean the media intentionally report false information, that is dangerous demagoguery.

I present CNN's Ana Cabrera.

On Sunday night, Cabrera [Tweet her] launched a premeditated, vicious, racist lie about President Trump, then proceeded to discuss the false story with a black guest, primed to analyze the fake news.

We'll slow down the replay in order to follow the ball, so you can see every handoff in the creation of fake news.

A few weeks ago, when Judge Brett Kavanaugh was facing 30-year-old, completely uncorroborated accusations of sexual assault based on recovered memories in order to block his Supreme Court appointment, Trump said, "It's a very scary time for young men in America when you can be guilty of something that you may not be guilty of."

This statement was quoted by numerous news outlets, including CNN: "Trump says it's 'a very scary time for young men in America,'" Jeremy Diamond, Oct. 2.

Cabrera rewrote the president's quote, telling CNN viewers that Trump had said: "WHITE men have a lot to fear right now."

How did "white" get slipped in there?

If this were merely a mistake, there are lots of words in the English language that might have been inserted instead of "white." Why not "radial tire"? Why not "hangnail"? Why not the words "virtuoso" or "champagne"?

This summer, a new cry for justice emanated from our Anti-White Main Stream Media: whites are to no longer call the police on blacks. White women, in particular, are being told to never do this—it is a new front of the MSM’s war on white women.

Allegedly, whites generally call the cops on blacks for superfluous offenses, and perhaps subconsciously, they are dialing 911 in hopes that police will arrive and shoot whatever blacks are in the area with impunity. All of this is racist and damaging to blacks, so whites must stop, it is a moral imperative. Here are some headlines:

As a regular contributor to most every one of America’s foremost “racist” publications (VDARE.com, American Renaissance, The Occidental Observer, Taki’s Magazine, Social Matter, Counter Currents), I think there is value in letting the world know why, nevertheless, a racist monster such as myself recently did indeed call the cops on blacks—and why I plan on continuing to do so whenever necessary.

The metaphors don't get any better (or worse) than this:

A van carrying Hillary Clinton, fresh from throwing her #MeToo sisters under the bus this weekend, crashed into a parking garage pillar on the way to a New Jersey campaign fundraiser Tuesday for beleaguered Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez. At her side was Huma Abedin, who is divorcing convicted serial sexter and underage girl stalker ex-Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner.

Thankfully, no one was hurt in the accident. But politically, damaged goods plus damaged goods equals an epic car wreck.

Tone-deaf Clinton had just earned recriminations from the left's resistance wing for defending her horndog hubby on "CBS Sunday," where she flatly denied that the 49-year-old commander in chief's Oval Office sexcapades with 22-year-old intern Monica Lewinsky were an "abuse of power" because, well, "she was an adult."

This is the same fauxminist champion who sidled up to disgraced Hollyweirdo Harvey Weinstein despite warnings from entertainment industry insiders about his alleged sexual predation of young starlets that reportedly dated back to 2008.

Question: Who could have possibly thought it a good idea for Hillary and Huma to front a women-themed party for Sleaze-Bob Menendez?

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy has finally done what Republican leaders should have done long ago: propose legislation to fully fund President Trump’s border wall. This allows the GOP to make immigration the key issue in next month’s mid-terms, exactly as VDARE.com has long urged, and marks another step in Trump’s takeover of the party. Of course McCarthy’s move is a symbol, but it’s our symbol and we should disregard quibbles about it.

“Build the Wall” was undoubtedly Trump’s most popular promise on the campaign trail, yet he has failed to deliver on this pledge. Funding bills have come and gone, legislation has flopped, and bluffs have been called. The American people still have no wall construction on the border with Mexico, and Trump has no good explanation (other than to point to monies that are being expended on

Enter Kevin McCarthy, the very face of the Republican Establishment, to offer a life raft to the President’s agenda.

McCarthy announced last week that he plans to introduce a wall funding bill right before the November election. His Build the Wall, Enforce the Law Act would provide an additional $23.4 billion to wall funding over seven years and also includes strong immigration measures such as harsher sentences for illegal aliens caught reentering the country and cutting off funds for sanctuary cities.
