Will AZ Senate Nominee Blake Master Take The Advice Of Stupid-Party Brain Trusters—Or Keep Hitting Hard?

Having had Ruling Class apparatchik John McCain as a Senator for Life, Arizona and its GOP now have one of the more curious Republican senatorial candidates in the country: Blake Masters. A former protégé of Tech titan Peter Thiel, one of the few American oligarchs somewhat friendly to national conservatives, Masters had been running a decidedly pro-American nationalist campaign—until he won the GOP primary. But then came unsettling website and personnel changes. There are more recent signs, however, that things are looking up.

Masters began as a strong National Conservative candidate. One of the first groups his campaign contacted was Arizona’s College Republicans United, on Masters’ radar for opposing immigration and raising money for Kyle Rittenhouse.

CRU leaders tell me that Masters’ campaign was very open about pushing for an immigration moratorium, prosecution of Big Tech monopolies and censorship—even said nice things about VDARE.com’s Peter Brimelow and Steve Sailer!

Masters’ expertise on these subjects apparently came from a long and thorough study of immigration, including VDARE.com. Masters also reportedly had adopted similar hardline views on abortion, fair trade, economics, and, most encouragingly, the Great Replacement. Masters took a direct and ongoing part in carefully articulating the campaign’s message. Citing former campaign manager Amalia Halikias, my sources said Masters designed, coded and updated his website himself, and participated in day-to-day policy discussions.

Hence, after Masters’ primary victory in early August, these supporters were particularly troubled to learn that the campaign quickly reworked its website. The hardline messaging on the Great Replacement and other issues was gone, including his unequivocal opposition to abortion:

Less than a month after winning the Arizona GOP Senate primary with the endorsement of former President Donald Trump, Blake Masters is softening his language on controversial issues like abortion, gun control, immigration— and even the 2020 election.

His campaign website no longer describes him as “100% pro-life” and a section that previously called for a federal bill to recognize unborn children as human beings “that may not be killed” has been deleted.

Masters has also dropped language from his site suggesting Trump won the 2020 election and removed references to a racist conspiracy theory that claims Democrats are trying to “import” immigrant voters.

“They’re doing the traditional pivot to the middle for the general election,” said Tyler Montague, a veteran Arizona Republican consultant. "He needs to appeal to moderates in the middle to win. So, he’s trying to walk back the super pro-life positions to something that more closely reflects the electorate.”

Dropping those issues, notorious corporate libertarian busybody Chuck Warren, a Utah “Republican Strategist”  told CBS’s Bidar, was a good strategy that would permit Masters to “‘focus on kitchen table issues’” instead of trying to go viral for controversial comments that force his campaign to play defense.”

To be precise, today’s “holistic admissions” tended to be invented about a century ago to keep Ivy League colleges from being inundated by Eastern European Jews. Citizen Journalist Steve Laws’ Reports On The Illegal-Alien Invasion ”Not In The Public Interest”

A term that makes the British Mainstream Media and political class uneasy is “citizen journalist.” Now that smartphones make anyone a cameraman, and the Internet makes anyone a publisher, ordinary people report real-life events that our Ruling Class want filtered and curated, and if necessary, spiked. One of those ordinary people is Steve Laws, an Englishman living in Kent, the beautiful English county once dubbed “the garden of England.” Kent’s beaches are now the equivalent of the southwest border of the United States as the main point of entry for illegal aliens. Using basic, no-frills technology (phone, Telegram, and a website), Laws comprehensively covers the Camp-of-the-Saints invasion. Britain’s Home Office deems such news “not in the public interest.”

Although he covers other topics, immigration is Laws’ focus. Operating through his YouTube channel and website The Steve Laws Report, he has quickly discovered the collusion between those tasked with securing Britain’s borders and those trying to enter the country illegally. That the government has no intention to halt illegal immigration is clear from watching Laws’ coverage. As for the MSM,

Previously: Despite Skepticism, Busing Illegals To Leftist “Sanctuary Cities” Is Working. Could It Force Biden To Do Something About Border Collapse?

At VDARE.com press time Thursday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis had still not dumped the rumored planeload of illegals on Rehoboth Beach, DE, President Biden’s elite summer home [Outrage Shift In The Press As Today Ron DeSantis Is Cruel for NOT Engaging In ‘Human Trafficking,’ by Brad Slager, RedState, September 22, 2022]. But after the Martha’s Vineyard Massacre, everyone knows it could happen. This follows Texas’ and Arizona’s busing of thousands of illegals to leftist cities like Washington, D.C. and Chicago—but it’s gotten far more publicity, presumably because of the perceived threat to the Ruling Class’s favorite vacation spot. Unfortunately, Martha’s Vineyard has also made it obvious that publicity alone won’t make the left stop its fanatical Open Borders Great Replacement drive. What needs to be inflicted is not just publicity, but pain.

There are significant differences between DeSantis’ moves and those of Texas and Arizona. The Martha’s Vineyard flight with 50 illegals was the first time Florida has transported illegals to a leftist enclave; Texas has done it since April [Texas buses have transported more than 11,000 migrants to sanctuary cities, Fox 4, September 16, 2022] and Arizona has done it since the summer [Arizona has bused nearly 2,000 migrants from the border, by Cody Lillich, KOLD News 13, September 16, 2022]. Also, unlike with Texas and Arizona, the illegals shipped to Martha’s Vineyard weren’t actually in the state that sent them: Florida recruited them from Texas [Texas Sheriff Investigating DeSantis’ Role in Flying Migrants to Martha’s Vineyard, by Andrew Atterbury, Politico, September 19, 2022].

DeSantis promises to send more to catch up with governors Greg Abbott of Texas and Doug Ducey of

I admire people who don’t just write and talk as I do, but get in the arena and fight. That is why the speaker list for this year’s AmRen conference (November 18–20) is heavy with politicians and activists. If our people are to have a future, we have to do a lot more than write about it. I would never quote Mao Tse-Tung—“Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun”—but it sure doesn’t grow out of a keyboard.

  • Ruuben Kaalep, not yet 30 years old, founded the youth wing of the Conservative People’s Party of Estonia and served a term in parliament.

His party unabashedly puts Estonia and its people first, and has even been in power as part of a coalition government. Of course, its critics call it “xenophobic” and “racist.”  Mr. Kaalep was one of the organizers of the first Estonian Independence Day torchlight marches in 2014. It has now grown into a massive, joyful event, in which I took part in 2019. The sight of thousands of proud, patriotic white people singing about their love for their country brought tears to my eyes.

Mr. Kaalep combines the passion of a patriot with the experience of a man who has seen power first-hand.

It’s been awe-inspiring to see the bottomless generosity of Martha’s Vineyard residents after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sent them 50 illegal immigrants from Venezuela last week.

WE LOVE YOU, YOU’VE ENRICHED OUR LIVES, NOW GET THE F--K OUT OF HERE.

Unlike angry, white MAGA voters upset about their towns being flooded with illegals, Vineyard residents would LOVE to be sort of a—what’s the word?—“sanctuary” for illegals. Really, they would. But that won’t be possible.

As Lisa Belcastro [Email her], manager of the Vineyard’s homeless shelter, succinctly put it: “We are definitely supplying them with a lot of love... They need to be off island.” The illegals “need” to hustle off because “Their immigration appointments are not here.” (Are their appointments in the Trump-supporting working-class town they were bussed to?)

In any event, GREAT NEWS, LISA! Nearly half of released illegals don’t appear for their hearings anyway. And guess what? There are absolutely no consequences. (A dozen anti-American websites claim that vast, gigantic numbers of illegals show up for their hearings, but they’re counting illegals who are being held in detention.)

On NPR, Vineyard radio host Eve Zuckoff  [Tweet her] also began with a testimonial about how “the community rallied”! But unfortunately, “there isn't the infrastructure.” What do these great humanitarians imagine dirt-poor towns in south Texas have in terms of “infrastructure”?

Every single objection Vineyard residents have raised against the illegals being allowed to stay is precisely what ordinary Americans—not privileged enough to live in Martha’s Vineyard—have been screaming from the rooftops for 30 years. Those 50 illegals represent less than a millionth of the “enrichment” that’s already been foisted on the rest of America. (They’re 1/100,000th of the illegals admitted just under Biden.)

Vastly poorer towns have been forced to turn nearly their entire annual budgets over to feeding, housing, educating—and incarcerating—great heaping portions of Third-Worlders, while douchebags in places like Martha’s Vineyard (88% white; 3.7% black and 1.7% Hispanic) preen about their higher morality.

For 20 years, hospitals on the Mexican border
