We've all heard (and are tired!) of
immigration lawyers and
diversity consultants. Here's another item for the
"build-your-own-constituency" file:

If the Corporate Human Resources posters near the
elevators in my office building are any indication, it's
a thriving business....and, no doubt, another one of
those "jobs Americans won't do."
